He has the patience to gradually guide your child successfully into
their exciting new venture
Steve Cano has studied the Guitar through private lessons from the
age of six and has become a master!
He had his first band at age 10 and was a featured band on a local T.V.
show on KBLU in 1963 the Uncle Bob Hardy Show!
Steve has studied the piano from the age of 29 in Sacramento California
and has studied Bass Guitar for many years
Steve plays many instruments including Acoustic & Electric Guitar,
Bass Guitar, Piano, Drums and Mandolin
Although he loves and plays many styles of music he personally loves classical
Steve teaches Reading and Music Theory along with teaching
you, your instrument of choice
Steve is a very patient and caring teacher, and believes
that everyone can learn an instrument with the proper discipline
and that is to practice 15 to 20 minutes a day at the least
He has 30+ years experience in his teaching profession
with a great deal of musical knowledge
His favorite and biggest influential artists are Elvis and The Beatles!
Steve is an accomplished musician and has been in many bands
Latin, Tex Mex, Rock, Country, Jazz, Blues, Gospel
He has acomplished writing and directing Music for Musicals
in the Sacramento, California area
He is the featured Lead Guitarist, Bass Guitarist and Pianist on many albums!
He has been a studio musician for many years!

His Mom: He stayed in his room playing his guitar and I would bring him sandwiches because he would forget to eat!
Local artists: We would always see Stevie on his porch playing his guitar as we drove by!
Friends: We loved to hear Stevie play his guitar,
we listened to him and Billy Mendez on his porch playing their guitars!
